The role she played in Step by Step was that of Karen Foster (the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert played by Suzanne Somers) and she became a household brand. Angela Watson, a National Board Certified Teacher with a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction is an expert educator. She has a wealth of experience as an instructor who has more than a decade's worth of teaching and coaching expertise. Angela created this site when she was in the position of a student teacher in the year 2003. She wanted to share helpful tips for teachers and to encourage teachers to have positive attitudes to help them enjoy their jobs. The website was initially called Ms. Powell's management Ideas for Teachers. In 2008, it changed the designation to The Cornerstone for Teachers in honor of her first book. Angela's 40-hour Workweek Program is used by more than 45,000 schools in order to increase efficiency. The program was originally designed for teachers but later expanded to include administrators, instructional coaches and other teachers. 40 Hour assists educators in becoming more mindful of their personal contractual and instructional time so they are able to focus on what is important to them.
